Step-by-step Guide

  1. Create a Folder to Place Notes and Related Images

    Purpose: Organize your materials by topic, subject, or project.

    How-to:

    1. Click on “Create Folder” after the “+” icon in the folder column.

    2. Give your folder a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Biology").

    3. You can create multiple folders for different subjects or projects.

  2. Create a Note (or Page) in the Folder

    Purpose: Keep your written materials and ideas together in one place.

    How-to:

    1. Open the folder you just created.

    2. Click “New Page” after “+” button inside the folder.

    3. Start typing your notes. Use headings, bullet points, and formatting to organize information.

  3. Save the Note

    Purpose: Ensure your work is not lost and is accessible later.

    How-to:

    1. Click the “Save” button (often auto-saves, but double-check).

    2. Your note will now appear inside the folder.

  4. Upload Related Images

    Purpose: Add diagrams, pictures, or scanned pages to enhance your notes.

    How-to:

    1. Inside the folder, look for an “Upload” option.

    2. Select images from your device (e.g., diagrams of biological processes, handwritten notes).

    3. The uploaded images will now show in your folder alongside the notes.

  5. Choose related notes and images to create a new document under the folder

  6. Create a Prompt to Generate a Document from Items in the Folder

    Purpose: Use AI to summarize, combine, or format your notes and images into a single document.

    How-to:

    1. In the folder, select (or check-mark) the notes and images you want to combine.

    2. Enter a prompt describing what you want, e.g.,

      “Please generate a study guide that summarizes the notes and includes explanations for each image.”

    3. Review the AI-generated preview before proceeding.

  7. Export to a Document with AI

    Purpose: Get a polished, shareable document (like a PDF or Word file).

    How-to:

    1. Once satisfied with the AI-generated document, click “Download” icon.

    2. Choose your preferred format (PDF, Word, etc.).

    3. The app will compile your notes and images into a single document, ready for download or sharing.
